Fake. It comes from a UFO documentary about Russia hosted by Roger Moore. That ENTIRE production was a gag. Think of the Incident in Lake County abduction hoax documentary and ya' get the idea.

Oh yeah, I've seen this KGB one promoted over and over again. There was a follow-up one done by the same crew about abductions that was also totally fake (Not the Lake County thing. Something else). This one can throw ya' for a minute because it has a serious tone, really tries to pretend to be the real thing. But every single minute of it, and there's an autopsy video and some pretty snazzy UFO clips in it as well, is faked by the filmmakers themselves. That's why nobody has seen these clips in any other UFO documentaries. I remember when I was watching it for the first time all those years ago I was asking myself, "Why haven't I heard about any of these things before?" Because the production crew invented it all themselves.

Sad i thought for a second i was on to some thing real...oh well one day ill find a ligit crash vidio that is the smoking gun to all this...But between fiber glass saucers and Auptopsy dummys i think the fakes out weigh the real by 10-1!

I assume it would only happen as part of official disclosure, in which the government supplies not only a vid but corroborating proof.

That's likely to be true of any seen by the public for years to come. But the ironic thing is, the proliferation of fakes supports the probability there's a real thing, inasmuch as the purpose of fakes may be to blacked the whole idea, and thereby help maintain secrecy.
