No human intervention.. kind of paints the way to interstellar probes

The X-47B drone is gearing up to make history Wednesday. If all goes well, it will be the first robot to land itself on the moving flight deck of an aircraft carrier at sea. It'll do so without help from human pilots.
The machine, named "Salty Dog 502," is expected to take off from the Naval Air Station Patuxent River on a flight headed to the USS George H. W. Bush, in the Atlantic off the coast of Virginia.
