dunno... I think I would be more "what the hey" if the areas around the sand mounds and scooped areas wasn't so 'recently swept' looking, as if footprints and such were smoothed out.

regardless, imo it is impressive, but not really 'out of this world'.

nice pic, how come my google earth doesn't show such neat stuff?
 
Apparently those circles are for irrigation.

Just looking at the shadows... you've got one sequence of holes and one sequence of mounds drawing the two lines that define the pattern.

Is there a documented irrigation method that requires this kind of setup ?
