He's been on a couple times talking about South American/Mexican/Carribbean ufology and is a great guest. He's someone I can listen to repeatedly and always enjoy.

That was my first thought as well. And given the low resolution of the images I doubt much analysis could be done. However, there has been an update at All News Web concerning additional witnesses (and the person who took the pics has now come forward):
"Not long after Mr Pino came forward, another local, Mr Cristian Adrian Figueroa, claimed to have seen the UFO along with his father as they passed in a bus. 'We froze (with shock)' noted Mr Figueroa."
 
I had something like that showing up everywhere I went, until I took my car to Novus and got the windshield repaired. I can still kind of see it, if the light is just right. I suppose it's now in "cloaked" mode.;)
