They have to test weapons on somebody. The only way to do it without starting a war with another country is to test it on your own citizens...or those of your allies. I'm not saying I like it or approve of it. I'm just saying that it happens and there are reasons why it happens the way it does.

I've watched as the sky has become misty white instead of blue and felt the slimy rain. I've been around over 50 years now and there is no doubt in my mind there's something going on, but what exactly I don't know.

I totally agree. I just remember hearing that as an excuse for why people were experimented on during the cold war. Here in Canada I still hear stories of testing on the population.
