Aviation historian Peter Merlin (bio from Dreamland Resort site) is the man behind The X-HUNTERS Aerospace Archeology Team, and I think he'd make for an interesting guest. Merlin's the author of the recent book Area 51 (Images of Aviation). He also wrote "The Rashomon Effect, UFO tales, and transmutation of memory", a critique of last year's infamous, inaccurate best-selling book on Area 51. (Which can be found at SUNlite pdf.)
Merlin is not a UFO guy, but has some interesting ties to the field. He was one of the original Interceptors scouting activity at Area 51. The group had several UFO investigators among them. Merlin's specialty is investigating X-plane crashes, and here's an article on how it relates to crashed saucers: Crash-Retrieval Aircraft Accident Sites and Their Implications for Roswell.
Merlin would be a good source of information on a number of UFO-related topics, chiefly: black aircraft programs, classified bases, government secrecy, denials and disinformation.
