I recall someone making a thread here recently (I think) on this case, unfortunately I couldn't find the thread to post this vid in, so here it is here. I looked on a few pages of the relevant forums, ufo, general, contactees and tried a search for Solway Firth and the thread was nowhere to be found.

This is the case of the tilted "spaceman" behind the girl photo.
