The camera I have works great in daylight. All the shots I got last summer and fall were at night. The camera recorded the images, but I can't manually adjust the shutter speed for night shots with this camera. I wasn't able to freeze the motion of the object. I did freeze the the motion on one shot. It was directly in front of the camera lens. There are many factors to take into consideration. The size, speed, and distance of the object. The lighting conditions. I would like to catch one hovering. I'm not aware of any SLR digital cameras with high definition movie mode, and night shot capability for $400.00.
