If the countdown isn't over, you guys should have a clock on the front page counting down to the end of Fall and then a CSETI write-in campaign when it doesn't happen.

You know I was thinking just last night about Greer and his fake promises. And i am really wondering whats going to happen after the orion project gets its three million dollars (and i'm sure it will as there are enough wacko's following him).
I mean, its one thing making empty promises about alien babys, but whats going to happen after his followers cough up 3 million bucks and then no technology arrives.... he's good (or terrible depending on how you look at it) at talking his way out coming up with no evidence, but i don't know how he will do it on this one.
Maybe he'll just take the money and split..
I also wonder if he actually believes his own BS himself or is just a complete fraudster.
It'll be interesting to see.

Hurr dee hurr ... you're gonna like this one. I thought I would check out the cseti website and things, and I discovered this little gem:

You dont happen to remember his exact quote do you? If it was a precise statement regarding a specific intent to release compelling UFO footage captured through CSETI this September then I will indeed harass him via email like an absolute mad man.

I'm in possession of a film taken by CSETI and the Mexican group "Ovni Club,Nuevo Leon",in Dec. 1994.The footage was shown at Santiago Yturria Garza's 1996 lecture in Yorkshire,England.He was also one of the witnesses to this event(...if I'm not mistaken).
Maybe the Paracast could have Mr.Garza on,to get his version of the sighting(s)?

I've been aware of that claim since 94 I think. Or whenever the Larry King live in the desert two hour show aired. That crapbasket has powers that will defeat any clock. Time is made up, and he's good at making up more powerful stuff for woo woos to woo over. There is no stopping Greer. He is the hulk. With a lisp.

Which video are you talking about - Gulf Breeze or Mexico?

If you're referring to the Mexican footage,I have no idea who owns the copyright to it - CSETI or Ovni Club,Nuevo Leon.Asking Santiago Yturria Garza would probably be the best thing to do.The clip I have is a small part of a lecture given by Garza at the British UFO Magazines annual Convention,in 1996.It shows a group of people (maybe 9-10,of which Greer is one) gathered in the Monterrey desert,just south of the American border.The "UFO's" seen are your classic "weird lights in the sky" type - although a little clearer than in the Gulf Breeze footage.I have no clue as to why this film isn't better known,but I suspect the key words are - Greer,Ego,Paranoia etc...


Now,if you're talking about the Gulf Breeze event shown above,I think it was witnessed by around 60 people and filmed from 5 different locations.Apparently,CSETI does not own the copyright to those filmes,eventhough they were shot during a CSETI CE-5 excercise.

Aaron,here's a clip from CSETI's 1994 expedition to Mexico.I believe the guy who shot the film is called Tom Tuliene,but I could be wrong about that.I'd like to see some of these witnesses interviewed - especially the Mexican researcher Santiago Yturria Garza.
