Notice the rotation of the saucer and the absence of the supporting assembly in this second picture.... image processing ?
Was the saucer rotating in the Hangar ?
 
I still need to watch that series ('Taken'). For those that have seen it, is it worth the time?

Probably CGI for that shot. There is a physical saucer prop seen at certain points in the story when they need to physically stand on the thing though.

It's a mixed bag to be sure. The ending is highly unsatifactory but taken as a whole and minus the plot points, the series itself serves as an excellent compilation of the basics of UFO lore from Roswell to the present day.
