Here is an interesting presentation on Weather Engineering by Tom Bearden. His "scalar wave" theories are considered to be pseudo science by many and taken seriously by others. He mentions a mysterious "cold explosion" that occurred off the coast of Japan in 1984 that I've included a link about below. I believe this guys work is the basis for the belief that recent earthquakes and bad weather are the work of nefarious human forces using "scalar wave" weapons. There seems to be a resurgence of these particular conspiracy theories or I'm just noticing them more lately. It seems unlikely, but it is interesting nonetheless.

This has a little bit of everything from "tesla cannons", spoon bending, to the transmutations of elements in it! Wow, a mess.
