Its one of the ntsc artefacts that douche bag Sereda gets all excited about. David (Biedny) has explained those a few times.

(I believe he said they were ntsc video artefacts)
 
i wasnt sure what the vid was, or even if it was real, but its new so i figured id post it anyway

Similar thing occurs in the Tether vid I think. Sereda is a goofball.
