Strange UFO and witnesses

I can't say - it's zoomed in with what looks like a digital zoom and there's no context as to where it is in the sky until the very end, and that lasts for a few seconds. Anytime a video is zoomed in that much, it's hard to get a sense of anything.
I also think the "commentary" was added after the fact. It was probably an airplane with the sun shining off of it. The time of day it seems to be, it's certainly possible for the sun to do that.
 
It could be anything. I watched for over five minutes carefully and then skipped through, bit by bit, to the end, At no point is there a building, street light or passing aircraft to give it context.

One thing I did notice is that the soundtrack has been edited and jumps a couple of times. If the footage is genuinely of a light source in the sky, the darkening sky suggests that it was filmed for much longer than 10 minutes and explains the jumps in the soundtrack...they shortened it before posting.

Next time they get a UFO on film, it'd really help if they panned back and captured some landmarks, horizon etc.

After compressing sixteen minutes down into ten minutes and watching it a few times over......I think we've got ourselves here a UFO! Both Shane and I witnessed small objects being ejected from it and, through our tragic dialogue, it stretched several times. Sorry about the shaky hand but when it happens just get it any way you can.

This might explain the soundtrack jumping. It's from the details beneath the video.
