So today Mexico is lightening up saying the epidemic is lessening so they will suspend their curfew. The CDC says maybe schools shouldn't close so quickly. The World Health Organization is saying by 'pandemic' all they meant was how wide spread the flu was, not it's severity. China has quarantined Mexicans. Mexico is pissed. The Chinese deny the quarantine. The head of CDC sees 'encouraging signs.' the news guys are beginning to question the issue. From the Washington Post; "So is this new swine-flu outbreak the next great plague or a global spasm of paranoia? Are we seeing a pandemic or a panic?" Of course, they were fishing for millions of deaths a week ago. And there's always someone to say 'we're not out of the woods yet!' And this thread sinks to the bottom. Y2K all over again.
