Tonight on DMR an absolutely OUTSTANDING episode airs .. drawn from UFOs Tonite!. Dwight Schultz co-hosted with me and we interviewed a very close friend, Bill Nelsen, who on the show went by Bill Tanner. (I describe who Bill was.) The subject material was Nikola Tesla. Goggs, that was in a Japanese restaurant in Burbank Calf. on my birthday. I just chomped on the cigar inside, smoked it outside. Hmm, and it was GOOD!

Don that show was really a breath of fresh air. Bill Nelsen was a very gifted guy and could explain difficult concepts very well to us normal people. It was amazing to hear him explain that what Tesla understanding of the "ether" is still not understood today by engineers. His analogy of Teslas "ether" as being in a lake of body temperature liquid we wouldn't perceive it until a current was flowing in it was just fascinating stuff. Also Bill's mention of studying Tesla for some friends got my curiosity peeked. Who were these friends and why was Bill so knowledgeable and interested in Teslas engineering?

Hope you find the other appearance of Bill Nelsen that one of the callers mention as happening before this appearance. Here's hoping you mine some more gems from past shows Don.

Ward, I do not have a clue who Bill's friends were in that respect. I had not even thought about that until you mentioned it. Now we will likely never know.
