Ok, so one thing that has always perplexed me in the UFO field, is the constant demanding of Ufologists for more serious study into the phenomena. It seems to me that almost everyone in the field is either demanding disclosure from the government because they believe that they know everything about the UFO's (i.e. Team Greer), or that they are asking for more serious study into the phenomena.

But one thing that I have always wondered, is what the hell are they actually expecting... I mean what possible study can you do into the phenomena that is going to show anything, other than going round with a notepad and pencil, questioning witnesses and abductee's after the event... and occasionaly getting accused of being an MIB.

It seems to me there pretty much isnt any way to study them, except perhaps to collate all the fractured bits of information and put them in to one big UFO folder. But why would the government waste money on doing such a thing? What would it achieve?

The aliens or whatever they are seem determined not to be properly seen, so all such a document would do would be to leave us with even more unanswered questions than what we started with.

So lets say that instead of lending the 700 billion to the US, China decide to donate it to the paracast (using the paypal donation button on the front of the website of course), under terms that we use it to study the UFO phenomenon, how would you spend the money to try and uncover some of the mysteries of the UFO?

Speaking for myself, the same treatment as say, cancer research. Funding and lack of ridicule is a start. Educational programs other than ones Paola teaches. SETI, to stfu and do their thing, while we do ours. But, I will be honest. I no longer expect this to occur. I lost faith/hope/trust in scientist, when it comes to this field long ago. I still have a heart for science though.

Bribe someone who has an actual piece of a craft or a body.

We can compile all the data available and still get nowhere. There are too many pieces to the puzzle and most of them, if not all, are not something we think of when we say UFO. The pieces of the puzzle are hoaxes, special military ops, atmospheric conditions, toys, camera artifacts, misunderstood or not understood earthly light energies, etc.

But most of it has nothing to do with aliens or cryptos or dimensional beings. But maybe something does. And whoever has that hard data, that door to the craft, that bulbous headed creepy thing, is the one who should get the money.

I agree with your sentiment that we can send people out all over the world to interview witnesses. We can look at all the data. But until we get an actual tangible piece, we have nothing that actually gets us anywhere.

Yeah I suppose that is the only way to get proof, to get your hands on a downed craft. But nobody even knows if we do actually have a downed craft, so we'd have to get one ourselves.

I suppose we could spend the money on the entire paracast forums getting up to speed on quantum physics via paola's classes (i heard she taught Stephen Hawking everything he knows), give $3 million to Dr Greer to gain control of Zero point energy, then give him 800 bucks to summon some UFO's down.
We could then hire Clifford Stone as a bounty hunter to shoot one down after Bob Lazar has shown him the weakest point to shoot at on one of the Aliens ships. Its amazing what you can spend your money on these days...

In all seriousness though, if these ships REALLY are there, I think there must be some way of atleast capturing one of them on decent film footage.... why does no-one ever have a camera when the real close up experiences occur. I mean, thousands of people saw the delta shaped craft over pheonix, but did no-one take footage of it even though it moved real slow...

Say what you will about Greer (...and there's a lot too say!),but there is one thing I absolutely agree with him about - and that is that UFO research needs to move from just retrospective gathering of witness reports,too direct real-time observation of the phenomenon - if at all possible.

You really don't need the bells & whistles of Greer's CE-5 protocol to do this - just put together a small team of dedicated researchers,set up camp in a UFO hotspot and wait!

Sometimes i wonder do they avoid Major cities? Yes i known, they have appeared over capitals of certain major cities around the world.But why never London or Paris for example..
They never stay in the sky too long and it seems they know how to avoid individuals who have tried to get good footage by camera. They seem to stay a certain height must of the time, look at videos and pictures you will see what i mean!

Discs shaped objects are less compelling today. WHY?.... due to nature what they look like on camera or by picture... it just looks like someone took, two plain silver bowls, and stuck them with glue. But seeing it in person probably is alot more realistic than catching it on Camera or by photograph.

The triangular ships and the cigar ships that have been seen.This are more compelling than the disc shaped craft due to the nature of size and shape of those type of craft!

Not only are a lot of Greers motives actually quite decent, he i obviously a pretty intelligent bloke and really knows how to organise certain things (i.e getting all those people together for the disclosure project). If only he hadnt wasted it all by trying to mix the good people with the bad... in the end his efforts have done more harm than good. But anyway he has been discussed enough..

Yes you will get the Bob lazars. But the information or evidence given must be solid or else no money you see!
