Speaking for myself, the same treatment as say, cancer research. Funding and lack of ridicule is a start. Educational programs other than ones Paola teaches. SETI, to stfu and do their thing, while we do ours. But, I will be honest. I no longer expect this to occur. I lost faith/hope/trust in scientist, when it comes to this field long ago. I still have a heart for science though.
