Im 6 foot two, build like a brick shithouse and have had training in self defence including disarming a man with a sword, and i would not bother trying to use capsicum spray on a sword weilder, id do what the guard did shoot him dead.and for the same reason law enforcement are taught to shoot them dead. a wounded man sues, a dead man cant. his family might but thats a different set of chances.
