The blueprint of an UFO

I am the autohor of the Chronicles of Titicaco King of the Sea, a story about a kid born from a fish destined to save the world. In one chapter he invents the blueprint of un UFO and calls it a Gyrocraft. I thought you might be interested.

Thanks for sharing your creative ideas. As a fictional plot device, the gyrocraft could serve a useful purpose. As a real-life device, the principle of gyroscopes is well understood and insufficient for providing any counter to the force of gravity. Interestingly, devices that store kinetic energy in rapidly rotating masses have been built and tested. However they tend to run down fairly quickly. They operate on the same principle as children's toys that employ a spinning flywheel to drive a miniature transmission. So land vehicles and even helicopters are hypothetically possible. However counteracting the force of gravity in a direct manner is something we still don't know how to do. I suspect that to counter the force of gravity we need things like fusion powered generators, high temperature superconductors, and high energy magnetic fields.
