just got back from barnes and nobles and guess what i see on the discount shelf? snoory's "worker in the light" . . . probably been 5.99 for some time (that's waaaay too much), but i still get satisfaction out of seeing that hacks "writing" being bundled in with all the other crap no one wants to read. hell even art bell's books cost more:)

I hate to disapoint you but even great writers (Stephen King, Dean Koontz) have books in the bargain bin at large bookstores. ;)

Not that I'm saying Noory is in the great writer catagory. Just sayin the bargain bin at Barnes and Noble or Borders has loads of good books. I'm not at all interested in Noorys. Still I still like Knapp and Punnet and occasional visits from Art on C2C. I can take George but I had rather hear the others. Buh the bye I would love to hear the Paracast live and taking calls. I know there has been some talk of it. I sometime am in the mood to hear a good give and take between the host and the guest. The Paracast does that better than anybody. But there are occassions when I enjoy the Tim Binnal approach which is to let the guest talk and just listen. I still have Streamlink for C2C but it isn't what it used to be. They still get some really good guest however. Ian interviewed Dean Koontz not long ago.

I think I heard him say he was writing a follow-up which might even be out already, not sure. I think it was going to have more readers' experiences with something or other (maybe angels, light beings, twinkies I don't know!)

Speaking of ol' George, has anyone ever watched his show on SciFi? I don't plan on making a point to see it, but just wondered what reactions are to it.

i remember writing to one of my favourite authors, oh decades ago now. (jacqueline lichtenberg)
she was horrified to find out some of her books were being sold out of bargain bins down under
