the grey man

hi, i live in Scotland, i am going camping this week ,in the highlands.
my question is this ,there is a Scottish story of the Grey man,a bigfoot type creature.
i remember seeing a world map of sightings of ape like creatures and a few were in Scotland?
has any1 any info on this?

At some point in the future when man has colonized the Moon and Mars, I have few doubts that there will be the occasional "hairy man" report even in those far flung parts. I've never seen one, but I have heard something that seems to fall in the same class of experiences. I don't think whatever it was is a normal, corporeal animal. It is somehow rooted in the psychic/spiritual realm in my opinion. It seems to be both real and not real. I see no reason why one shouldn't pop in Scotland occasionally. It wouldn't surprise me to hear a report of one playing a bag-pipe and wearing a kilt.

Maybe it was the Big Yin himself?....soz couldn't resist. Does not surprise me about there being something like that in Scotland. Though didn't see anything of the sort when I lived there.....Just saw a whole pile of ghosts...
