One of my favorite actors, Micheal Shannon stars in this movie opening this weekend. It's an adaptation of Anthony Bruno's book and is most decidedly NOT a book on some stone age guy found under the ice, although I think the main character may have been from the stone age.

For those of you not familiar with the story's antagonist (protagonist? ) Richard Kuklinski, here is the Wikipedia entry on this lovely man.

I have listened to 'The Ice Man: Confessions of a Mafia Contract Killer' audiobook a few years ago. Micheal Shannon already showed that he can play a part like this seriously disturbed man very well in 'Boardwalk Empire' in my opinion, really looking forward to the movie.
 
Chilling. One of the most unsympathetic people I have ever heard of. 100% sociopath. Fascinating though. There is documantary about him available on youtube I think.

I hope the movie does not have a glorifying effect.
