I blame the return of hantavirus on the "Keep nature as pure as possible" trend that we humans have been on since the 1980's. What we have to relearn is that there are organic pollutants such as wild mice poop that are just as harmful as the L.A. Smog and we have biological terrorists such as the mice, fleas, and birds that carry the disease.

Intersecting point, that would fall right into line with the argument.about the re emergence of once thought eliminated threats and the rise of long dormant ones because we have over sanitized and over vaccinized and over prescribed antivirals

I have to wonder if the f.b.i. and other alphabetical agencies are ready to run roughshod over the rights over the biological terrorists, maybe put the birds on the do not flu (and fly) list :)
