Good copy Steve......I will listen over the next couple of days. Thanks for the link. I just listened to the recent show about the Ranch on here....Good story.....but that is all it is IMO. I've been to the SkinwalkerRanch internet site provided by the guest and all I see on it are photo's of empty guard shacks, and some real wildlife (wolves) that are common to the area. The Ranch lies within the Rocky Mountain Range, hence Rocky Mountain Wolves. There are some pictures of lights, objects in the sky, and other things, which can be found the world over. I would like to see what this Zack Van Eyck character has to say......cheers!!!

O.K. Steve,
Listened to the Ground Zero show after having trouble with the iTunes player, which I deleted, and then used a different download link to play on my Spider Player. IMO same, same,........bunch of good stories. I watched the movie Skinwalker Ranch, and thought it was O.K., could've been better, but they probably had a small budget. Honestly, I can still watch Close Encounters of the Third Kind and enjoy that munch more. I've noticed that there are several small GA airports around the Skinwalker Ranch area, which may account for some of the lights that are observed at night. And what ever unknown force is supposed to envelope the basin area, seems not to affect aircraft to the point of downing the aircraft, as I did a search for aircraft crashes in the Uintah county area, and didn't come up with much of anything. I even went as far as finding the exact spot of the opposite of the Earth (-40.25842138768644,70.11219263076782) from the ranch, and it winds up being in the Indian Ocean. Thinking this as a sort of connection like the Bermuda Triangle and the Devils Triangle, the Indian Ocean has it's share of paranormal incidents but none of the stories I found gave an exact location. I do not believe that a "gun fight" or what have you, took place there between some guards and aliens, where the guards ended up dead. I once took a ghost tour of the supposedly very haunted Queen Mary in Long Beach CA. The tour guide, a paranormal investigator himself, told us after taking our money, that when they do these tours, that 99.9 % of the time NOTHING HAPPENS. I at least respected him for that as nothing did happen during our tour. I believe it is the same for the Skinwalker Ranch as well. Perhaps at some point there was an overabundance of paranormal activity there, but has since died off. I believe that Bigelow keeps guards there just to keep sightseers off of his property for liability reasons. Bigelow offered the below statement some years ago about NIDS and the Ranch. (This episode is a good listen late at night nontheless.)

Bigelow Shuts NIDS Down
From Robert Bigelow

We at the National Institute for Discovery Science have come to a time in which a decision must be made as to the direction of the Institute. We have labored long and hard, coming to the conclusion to place NIDS in an inactive status.
The reasons for this decision are as follows:
1. We have not had the need to do any major investigative work for well over 2 12 years.
2. In view of that fact we decided to reduce our staff.
3. Our administrator, Colm Kelleher, has taken a position outside of Nevada to do cancer research. Colm's ambition has always been to do cancer research and was employed in this field prior to his employment with NIDS. We are sorry to see him leave.
It is unfortunate that there isn't more activity, as there was in the past, that warrants investigation. However, we will still retain our Secretary/Receptionist who will remain at NIDS to answer your calls. Her name is Mary Allman and can be reached at (702) 798-1700. She will be talking daily to Mr. Bigelow's assistants Janice and Donna.
Should substantial activity occur with a need for investigation then NIDS will be reactivated with new personnel.
Robert T. Bigelow

is this stuff really worth the investment of the time needed to get a full picture guys. i ask because a piece of me wants to give it a good looking at, but these things can involve a great investment of time.

If you've followed the story of the skinwalker ranch from the beginning like I have then the above 3 hour radio show is worth the time to listen to. Ryder, I'm glad you liked the podcast and I appreciate your point of view. The one thing I hope for is someday to hear from the Sherman family themselves first hand, and maybe even from the people who rented the ranch in the couple of years before Terry Sherman bought it.

I know I agree.....but I think the Shermans' already tried the media.....and shocker, the media chastised them for telling their story. Doubt we'll ever see them on the boobtube ever again. There is more than likely, something to learn from their experiences.

Sir,
I like to think of myself as a skeptical believer. All you can do is listen to the show (which is good, I must say) and as you know, do a little of your own investigating, and then form your own opinions. This wolf at the Skinwalker Ranch for instance, as far as I can tell no one who tells their stories mention that the Ranch lies within the Rocky Mountain Range. This mountain range, like all others, has its wildlife and the wolf is one of them. This wolf, if real and encountered by the Shermans', was more than likely a Rocky Mountain Wolf. They get quite large as adult wolves, up to 150 lbs. and can stand almost three feet at the shoulder. That's a pretty damn big wolf. The rest..... possibly a little fact mixed with fiction and before you know it you got a good fascinating story on your hands. "If it sounds to good to be true, then it probably is."

I listened to that show and not to burst his bubble but that "skinwalker" audio is either a bobcat or panther. I have heard that many times, it is totally unnerving especially in the woods at night. I don't think Clyde realizes that he was probably in more danger from an animal than from a skinwalker.

Yes Sir,
I concur.....it is more likely a terrestrial animal than a skinwalker/alien creature. Why haven't these folks taken these sounds to wildlife expert to try to have the sounds debunked first before stating "it's the sound of some kind of paranormal creature." Like some others have posted in these forums, these guys who go to these investigations and make movies or write books of such are doing their best to sell their product. You must scurtinize everything that is made for entertainment.

how doe bigellow make his money out of all this, billionaires do not do anything without substantial returns, so how does the cash flow in, where is his return on investment..

billionaires don't need returns - they have other plans. i think it very well could be BIA as it needs an 'i' in there to qualify as an agency. at the same time the NIDS' reports i read were all indicting of the military and pointed their fingers there a lot, as well as providing strong support for both human and paranormal agents at work. i'm not sure what to make of that whole exercise. maybe the billionaire got bored or just got muscled out?
