A big what if?
What if what we often call by various names, such as: Black World, Skunk Works, Military Industrial Complex, or Trans-national Group. Is actually a sort of groping in the dark to describe what is actually a "Secret (Hidden) Empire".
So if those of us in North America expecting that the US government will evenyually spill the beans on this whole affair. Be it UFO's, secret technology, etc... The US government or other Democratic States, even the U.N. doesn't have the total access or authority for "Disclosure".
It can be considered as a "Cleptocracy" or a parasitic puppeteer using their own agenda through global corporations or world governments.
