It is one thing for a government to exploit a situation to push an agenda, but it is an entirely different matter suggesting they initiated the situation.
I have noticed coincidences and odd things around this tragedy but they only relate to the shooter himself not that the incident did not happen.
There have been accusations of the media using crisis actors but I have not really found any solid evidence on this and considering the nature of this incident I think this guys stance is reprehensible.
 
(deep sigh) Just so very sad that some people on both sides of the abyss feel the need to "use" the situation to promote their theory/agenda. Doesn't matter what side you are on, have some respect for the loss of these tiny souls.

Pixel - you mean that no-one is questioning that those people were killed, but it's whether or not the official story is correct. Now I don't want to step on any toes of those who suffered but for instance I do not believe the official 9/11 or JFK story - so really the relatively small number of deaths compared to 9/11 can lead one to wonder if there could be something sinister behind this?

Check out 'The James Holmes Conspiracy' - it's a long documentary. Who knows!

Hey who likes that ridiculous but likeable 'it's a conspiracy' tune that Don plays on DMR? It's utterly shite musically but great at the same time.
 
Oh and by the way - if you haven't seen it, a 'mentalist' guy extremely popular in the UK, called Derren Brown 'programmed' a guy through hypnotism etc and he had him begin playing a shootemup zombie game, made him 'sleep' during play, then transported him to a place with actors playing the zombies. For real, this guy thought he was playing an amazingly realistic game, holding a gun and 'shooting' real people thinking he was playing a game, standing at an arcade machine. Now, yes it was actors in suits and the gun was not real, but had he been given a real gun I promise you he would have blown them all away.

If a TV show hypnotist can do that, what could the CIA do? Makes ya think?

Come to think of it, Derren would be a great Paracast guest. Check him out, he has done lots of amazing shows using the power of the mind and I promise you it's not all faked and when it is, he tells you, cos that is his bag - demonstrating what can be done to the mind.
 
Ok all ... now is the time for a rational discussion on this subject as I have been seeing it pop up all over the place and being posted by people on other forums who I normally would expect to be very skeptical...

The old saying "believe half of what you see and none of what you hear" fits well with this.... but is there some thing to this all? Is the dog being wagged? is this a mix of the real and added hype?

Or are all these people just crazy nutters who would make a conspiracy out of any thing and every thing?

Can we even have a rational discussion on this subject?

Oh no doubt man I agree.

I was more thinking of a debate on the subject as far as why people want to make a conspiracy out of these events.. but then again considering the subject matter it maybe in bad taste to.

Meh I change things as I am going .. the one up now is a priest pouring religious ideas into kids heads... And while Christianity may not believe in mass murder to justify its current ends it once did.

Frankly they are all the same shit just rolled in different glitter, in the end you have little more than threats of damnation, promises of salvation from those that know no more than you do, that you should take on faith which is little more than an empty promises ... but they always need a little more money so in the end its you that has the empty wallet.

I change my Avatars now and then when I can be bothered .. May change it now as I have a cool screaming face from Pink Floyd the Wall :)

Anyway peace and don't sweat the small stuff.
