Dark Matters Radio Archives
Welcome back to Week 36 of Dark Matters Radio. Since I have brought my radio program back on the “air” in January of this year, we have covered many aspects of the paranormal world, and of course, not the least which has dealt with the UFO phenomenon. We begin the week with hosting guest Nick Redfern to discuss his newest book offering …
“Final Events: and the Secret Government Group on Demonic UFOs and the Afterlife.”
The past several days I have crammed Redferns book. This past Sunday Rich Sarradet
Rich Sarradet

dropped by to pick up his cell phone he accidently left on Friday evening .. and he and I spent about 3 hours discussing Redfern’s book and the UFO topic in general. Actually we both agreed that we should have recorded that conversation .. damn! did we hit on a number of area’s that would have made fantastic radio! So, what about Redferns book? Over the years I have been hit with every imaginable explanation for what UFOs might be. ET craft, secret military technology, inter-dimensional incursions … from somewhere else, mass hallucinations, a new type (or old type) of psychosis, well pick one. But Redfern alleges in his new book that there has been a secret government group that has roots back to the 1940’s that has determined that the roots of the UFO phenomena actually is a Satanic, demonic, deception! In other words forget off world ET life and technology, it is ol’ Scratch playing games in order to deceive the human population in a bid to grab our “SOULS”! Is this as crazy as it sounds on the surface?
Going back over 40 years we can pick up threads of this motif from the works of John Keel, Jacque Vallee, Phil Imbrogno, even J. A. Hynek. A theory that at least some UFO events and cases were not ET inspired but INTER-DIMENSIONAL. Now allow me to ask you this question, if you think or BELIEVE that there is a reality to the UFO topic, why is an inter-dimensional explanation any more crazy than an ET one? And if even part of that is or could be real … what does that mean to you and I? Hmm? I don’t know about you but I find these questions damned uncomfortable. Join us as I bombard Nick with my questions and feel free when I open the phones to bombard him with yours. The call in number is ( 818 ) 381-4094.
Tues. – Friday TBA

Hey Don,

Mr. Redfern and yourself sure did a good show tonight. And damn, talk about some strange stuff - this has to be one of the weirdest takes I've heard on the subject matter.

*In the theory/story discussed tonight - finding out that religion played the role it did - I came away thinking that it is more about getting people's psychic energies focused on certain things in a particular manner than it does about redemption or whathaveyou. It is as if the group who was (or is?) pushing for the turning of the USA into a theocracy believes that if people are convinced that they can invoke Jesus or some angel to repel this phenomena, then perhaps that is just a method to trick the people into having a way to repel the things. Meaning that if the phenomena is psychically effected, then who cares if the people are invoking Jesus or whoever so long as the end result is the phenomena being repelled - and all the better if it is Jesus being invoked, rather than Mohammed or some hippie new age mumbojumbo.

Thanks Anaximander. During the show my mind was traveling almost too fast, I had a number of areas I wanted to touch upon and during the show more ideas popped into my head. This story is one of the weirder things that have come across my desk over the years, and simply trying to enter the mindset of this group, the Collins Elite, was troubling. But then I recall all the previous predictions I have heard made over the years that never came to pass. I think I will, at present, tuck this into my mind and see if anything here looks like it will come to pass.

No matter how you cut this, I think Nick did a stellar job chronicling the story.

Tuesday, Sept. 21 promises to be another "off-kilter" program on Dark Matters Radio ...

Tuesday September 21 promises to be one of those “off kilter” shows. Why? Well, Adam Gorightly is my guest. Among other items we are sure to hit is his new book; “A Who’s Who of the Manson Family”. Yeah, that Manson!
Adam Gorightly

Now, a little on Adam…. A certified “crackpot historian” and 23rd degree Discordian, Adam Gorightly has been chronicling fringe and conspiracy culture in an illuminating manner for over two decades. An active contributor to the ‘zine revolution of the late ’80s and early ’90s, Adam’s byline was a familiar sight in many cutting-edge mags of the period where he sharpened his literary teeth. His articles have appeared in numerous publications such as The Excluded Middle, UFO Magazine, Paranoia, SteamShovel Press, and FourTwoFour, the largest soccer magazine in Great Britain. Adam’s explorations into these arcane waters eventually led to his first book, published in October 2001,The Shadow Over Santa Susana: Black Magic, Mind Control and the Manson Family Mythos, which has been described as the mother of all Manson family tomes. This was followed in November 2003 by The Prankster and the Conspiracy: The Story of Kerry Thornley and How He Met Oswald and Inspired the Counterculture, the first bio of the legendary counterculture figure, chronicling Thornley’s amazing and tragic life. 2005′s The Beast of Adam Gorightly: Collected Rantings 1992–2004, features many articles from Adam’s formative years in the ‘zine scene. His latest offering, James Shelby Downard’s Mystical War chronicles the famed conspiracy researcher’s life long battles against Masonic Sorcery.
Seem off-kilter enough? On his newest book however, if you have a hankering to check out what ol’ Crazy Charlie Manson and crew were up to … here is where you can find out a whole lot more ….A Whos Who of the Manson Family And in case you have not had enough of Gorightly, try this out Adam Gorightly or more Gorightly

Is this as crazy as it sounds on the surface?

Absolutely. And I say that because it attempts to interpret events through the lens of a religious belief. I think it indicates an abandonment of science and reason in lieu of superstition.

You could just as easily turn this thing on its head and say that NHEs (Non-human Entities), wherever they are from, are using our primitive superstitious and religious beliefs to manipulate our perceptions and reactions to them. What better way to prevent someone from fighting you than to make them believe you are supernatural beings from their worst nightmares?

You're certainly right in the observation that the motif goes way back in Ufology. I think Keel considered it all to be "demonic" activity in the end didn't he?

I would like to ask what the difference is between Extra-Terrestrial and Inter-Dimensional might be? Extra-Terrestrial means not of this Earth. Doesn't that fit any "Inter-Dimensional" booger-bear as well? Certainly something from another dimension is "extra-terrestrial" is it not? Boogie-men from other planets in this dimension or another would be ETs by strict definition wouldn't they? And if they are from another dimension wouldn't they be coming from a planet in that dimension? So if they travel here through "normal space" or "inderdimensionally" what is the difference? Both would be unwanted interlopers who need to be put down, passivized, and otherwise rendered harmless to humanity.

Don, as an ex-jungle fighter and all around Threat Containment Specialist (if your career doesn't qualify you for that then what would?) what do you think the best strategy to take on inter-dimensional interlopers? Pursue a military solution or an Ecclesiastical one?

Geeze Observer, your kidding right? If I were confronted with this I would instruct my wife to pick up a case of her favorite vino, I would purchase several bottles of my favorite Tequila .. close the blinds and proceed to empty said bottles. Kay??
