We did do a server migration two weeks ago, but, at worst, you should only have seen the older server (where the forum was available, but closed ahead of the transfer)
I do know that there have ben some peculiar issues in the last week or two, such as major DDoS (hacker) attacks in Europe, and some of the ISPs have had flaky performance here.
At this point, anyone who has a problem reaching our site consistently should open a private conversation with me to explore it further. I can work with you to get the information I need for the datacenter to investigate.
