Do you find a lot of UFO researchers make all these promises about videos and photos and then seem to have a lot of trouble actually showing this evidence?

A few people come to mind - some that seem honest (Ted Phillips) and some that seem like complete liars (Stan Romanek).

What do you think?
 
I find UFO field to be almost in parallel to the free energy movement. All these people making outrageous claims with nothing to show for it.
