Its so close to the original it's as if it really were an original episode where the entire crew has been taken over by a troupe of bad actors from the 21st Century. I keep expecting Kirk to warp in at any moment, round them all up and rescue the real crew from the surface. Now that I've seen it I don't know if I'll ever watch my re-mastered TOS DVDs the same way again. My entire Trek paradigm has just been completely camera shaken and I may need to seek therapy from a Betazoid in the next Generation.
