Robert Hastings' work has pretty much convinced me a ufo/nuke connection of some kind exists.
Given the apparent ease with which 'they' have repeatedly inspected and even altered our state of the art weaponry, it seems unlikely they are in need of practice. A better guess might be that 'they' have a vested interest in the long term health of this big orbiting botanical garden and zoo we call earth. At least, lets hope so.
