Because of the erratic flying behaviour and the glinting of the sun off of it, I'd say this is very likely a partially deflated mylar balloon that has been picked up by the wind. Take the shot of it at the edge of the roof of the house and it appears to be a fairly small object, although it's difficult to tell how large it is or how far away it is. A small object at a low altitude can certainly appear to be something much larger at a higher altitude.

Someone get that dude a tripod....ahhah hah.

I don't know what to make of this clip...The 'object' appears to me to be 'tumbling' in a very awkward manner...Is this a balloon like has been suggested?

It could be a balloon, but a few things go against that in my view.

One is the fact that it's extremely thin. In the few shots where you catch it directly on its side, it appears to be way thinner than a balloon.

The second is that it doesn't appear to be moving the way that a balloon would move in the wind. I was driving recently and saw 3 mylar balloons that were either released or escaped from a car dealership and they moved with the wind, but it looked nothing like this object in the video. Air currents differ, of course, but this one appears to be moving very oddly.

Still, I've never seen any case of a ufo moving like this, so I don't rule out balloon. Or maybe the ship's anti-gravity drive was on the fritz? Those things need regular inspections you know.

It definitely has a deflated balloon look and it is just kind of rolling in the air... there isn't much movement without the camera shaking and the crap soundtrack detracts from the whole thing. It makes me just imagine the original soundtrack "I am going to post this balloon and see if people think it is a UFO!"
