Technically, the video contains insufficient information to class the lights as UFOs. Something like "Strange Lights - Hawaii December 2012" would have been more accurate, but people probably get more hits calling them UFOs and/or just don't know that such vague sightings don't really qualify as UFOs. However they could qualify as UAP ( Unidentified Areal Phenomena ). Have you checked out the November 2012 video here? It also has some vague lights, but if you go to the time indicated in the post and check it out in full screen, you can see one of the lights suddenly dart up out of the frame. I found that segment to be interesting, but still not sufficient to be sure the light is a UFO.
