I too have a problem with the shadow since the terminator is to the right.

But the lighter "blob" (one below) behaves very similar to a shadow since it changes in shapes as it passes over the Moon's terrain. The top "blob' maintain it shape through the clip. This is what is puzzling to me.

If one is an asteroid, how do you explain the other object?

This could be a clever hoax since I have not be able to verify the authenticity of the footage.
