Skilled Investigator
This week I have been reading a fascinating book by Dennis Sheffield called, UFO a deadly concealment.

It's all about the Belgian wave of 89-90, detailing the long struggle the author had dealing with the UK and US defence, intelligence and media orginizations, whilst trying to make an ultimately successful appeal to the European Parliament for an investigation into this matter.
Good read, I would recommend, and it has prompted me to look further.

Cant say I have found anything amazing, but I did stumble upon this helpful ufo wiki type site which I thought everyone might like to check out, particularly those new to the ufo topic.

I have that book and it is one of my favorites. The Belgian triangle sightings of the late 80s / early 90s are among the most convincing I've read about.

No kidding Wickerman,

Thousands of witnesses, 2600 statements to police, 75 of which were from the Belgian Gendarmerie, radar confirmation, filmed by the media, photographed by the public and tracked by three radar stations.
Belgians send up a couple of F-16's, vectored them onto target, targets then take extreme evasive action following lock on accelerating from 150kts to 780kts in half a second, descending from 7000ft to 3000ft in one second, all confirmed by Belgian Air Force. Compressed version of a Press release.

Even after all that supportive evidence, the difficulties this chap had in getting his appeal through blows my mind. Remember the missing mail bit Wickerman, his tenacity is to be respected.
Also I think this would make a good show topic. Cant find Mr Sheffield online so I dont know who to suggest as an informed guest.

Thoughts anybody?
