I agree about the music. As for the video, that "light" appears consistant with a star or planet viewed through turbulent atmosphere. I know personaly I have been fooled into thinking I saw a star "move" several times because of bad seeing, or looking at the star near a tree or cloud. Too bad the video doesn't show the light move off like the eyewitness decribes.
