Paranormal Adept
Accidentaly found this. Recent TV UFO debate with Nick Pope, Timothy Good and skeptics:

Not recommandable for people with heart issues and brand new monitors :shy:

Nice. But will I get frustrated and angry watching it?

edit, just watched it. Once again, the so called 'skeptics' (debunkers) focus in on the most absurd cultural meme and ignore the most compelling hard evidence.

Instead of speaking to the fact that there are thousands of cases from military observers with RADAR AND VISUAL (which was brought up by Tim Good), one the debunkers chooses to bring up everyones favourite "so youre telling me that they can bend space and time and get here from another star, and all they want to do is anal probe us?".

Fucking moron.

When Nick brings up evidence like confirmed radar the skeptics completely change the subject. How would they get here?? Why would they come and remain cloaked from humanity, except for a select few?? When people say there is no evidence, there actually IS. But what the evidence means is another story altogether.

Nick is the centrist in this discussion although he is seated on the "believer" side. Why can't everyone realize that there is a phenomenon. Again what that phenomenon is, ... who knows??

The skeptics bring up the fallibility of witnesses, but don't remark on the fallibility of our current knowledge as a species of how the universe operates. Apparently we know it all.

Thanks for posting this. Pope was quite good, even though I'm still not sure about him. Tim Good - I have read plenty of his stuff, and while I like him, I think he may have been fed some bullshit along the way which he continues to recycle.

As for the skeptics - close minded dicksplashes.

I downloaded and old Paracast episode the other day where Paul Kimball suggests that Pope should be the figurehead of a new UFO movement.

He is a good speaker, articulate and well informed, however I just don't buy into him 100%.

Kimball, or the Pope? :D

For the love of God! It it is not outside of the laws of physics to travel from one star system to another (no matter the linear distance). Everytime I hear that dribble I just want to slap them. It is not violating the laws of physics, rather applying them in unconventional ways that will achieve this very thing for humans someday.

And what is that "You are all going to have to fly off" crap? Why cant a reporter just once say something like, "Well, all this swamp gas is giving me a headache." or "Are they flares tied to balloons or just really big fire flys?".

I am really starting to feel outright anger at the way this stuff is handled by the mass media. I've always been frustrated. But these days it is really affecting my mood in general. Anyone else get like this?

BTW, I think Pope is the defacto head of the reasonable UFO defenders. I think it used to be Friedman and in the last 2 years the torch has been passed. Just my opinion.

Well I don't like what the media has to say about anything most of the time. It must be very frustrating for Mr Pope and Good to know that there is plenty of evidence if people would just start seriously looking into this phenomena. The critics are just annoying when they do not know the subject but are just debunking the subject.

Yeah, I was talking about Pope.

lol I thought you said "The Pope". (I should learn to read properly).

I agree with you BTW. I dont see any reason why Pope should lead the charge. Although admittedly, his past creds as a MOD UFO guy helps with mainstream interviews and disarming moronic 'giggle-factor' talking heads.
