US bombs the Great Barrier Reef. Millions fish mad for giant protest

Hey, it's better than ditching the planes and have those bombs actually explode. The real question is how did they end up so low on fuel in the first place, given it was only an exercise?
 
Let's think about this: "The two planes jettisoned four bombs - two inert and two unarmed - in more than 50m (165 ft) of water, away from coral, to minimize damage to the World Heritage Site, the US navy said." OK now how hard could it be to recover these bombs? 50 meters isn't all that deep. Scuba divers can go that deep. Plus they're going to update the charts to show where they are! Can anyone think of some group or another who could use some unexploded bombs and technology? Nah, of course not. Bait maybe?
