Well, if she is then I guess she views Yahweh as an alien. Which he would be I guess were he to actually exist.
What is the origin of this story? Is it Lear or Lazar?
My opinion of L.M.H. was cemented when she fell for the Dan Burisch faux-reality show.
Also, where does she talk about this? Got a reference. I don't see it on Open Minds.

The first thing Howe noticed when she removed the document was the title and the way it was typed:

ON THE SUBJECT OF
UNIDENTIFIED AREIAL VEHICLES (UAVs)
Howe says that was the first time she had seen the term UAV, prior to that all references had been UFOs, she remembers the term Unidentified Aerial Craft (UAC) was also used in the document. She also noted that there were no dates, one of the first things she looks for when examining a document.
The next page gave some background on UFO research and covered Projects Sign and Grudge, the Robertson Panel, and a famous case involving an Air National Guard pilot named Thomas Mantell who crash after chasing a UFO in 1948.
The second page covered the retrieval of UACs, and included a list. The list included a crash in Aztec, NM, two different retrievals near the region of Roswell, NM, one in 1947 and another in 1949. The second crash resulted in the captures of a live Extraterrestrial that was taken by an Air Force officer to Los Alamos National Laboratories. The document said that the creature communicated telepathically and was held captive until 1952 when it died of unknown causes.
Other crashes listed were Kingman, AZ, Loredo, TX, and a place in Mexico just south of the border. Howe says she was astonished reading this material because it was backing up what she had found during her research, that these were actually creatures from outer space.
She then read a paragraph that said the Extraterrestrials had manipulated DNA in an already evolving primate species to create Homosapiens. That sentence really astonished her as she read it over and over again to soke in the words. It also caused her to think of other questions such as: is this linked to genetic harvests in animal mutilations? Are they using animals from earth to create other androids? What service do humans provide them?
Another paragraph went on to state that 2000 years ago the Extraterrestrials had created a being to put on this planet to teach homosapiens about love and non-violence. When Howe read this she said out loud “We are talking about Jesus Christ”. Howe say that Doty did not say a word, but that he turned red.
She said the last two pages were about secret projects the government had organized regarding Extraterrestrials and their craft, such as projects Aquarius, Snowbird, Garnet, Moondust, and Pounce. Each was summarized, and Howe particularly remembered the first, Garnet. It was named after her birthstone, which helped her remember it specifically. Project Garnet was listed as having answered all questions and mysteries about the evolution of Homosapiens on this planet.

Regardless of the BS, there is an interesting angle here... the one where government disinfo primes a religion over another. The idea that aliens push ethical and moral values that have a strictly christian origin is sickening.
Shouldn't there be some kind of investigation into these allegations ?... of course Doty will deny everything
As a sidenote.... I'd love to see a movie based on the premise, just to highlight how ridiculous it is. The assumption that humans had absolutely no ethics and were immoral prior JC is pathetic.

I think it is obvious that L.M.H. was chosen by AFOSI, and not just Doty acting independently as some might laughably suggest, to test her reactions and to no doubt inject this story into the UFO community. AFOSI continues to run operations like this on the UFO community as evidenced by Nick Redfern's dealings with them in the creation of his new book. Pop UFO mythology is written and controlled by these guys. Isn't it obvious? Think about that for a minute. Everything we think we know about aliens and UFOs has been written or otherwise controlled and manipulated by a military organization or organizations tasked with guiding public opinion about UFOs. And it should be obvious that AFOSI, and not just a rouge agent, is neck deep in it. Think about what that actually means.
L.M.H. seems to take it all as gospel (pardon the pun) and doesn't seem to give serious consideration to the fact that she was the subject of a counter-intelligence operation and therefore what she was being "fed" was just what they wanted her to believe and not the truth. It amazes me.

I was listening to the show Don aired last week, with Ron Regehr, he Ron, told a story that tells you all you need to know about this lady and what she is willing to believe. IF Ron's story is the honest truth, i would not believe a single story she ever told in her lifetime.

It's hard to understand why some people choose to believe that aliens created us or screwed with our DNA. Given the evidence they have to go on....it's 'choose.' Speculating is always interesting, but some of these guys believe the story. Lloyd Pye is a huge seller of these ideas, Tellinger too.

Let's say the document that Linda saw was genuine? Does that mean the contents were real? If so, how do the writers know that aliens messed with our DNA? Did an alien tell them? Do we believe aliens? Do aliens lie? Did someone lie to the President?

Intuitively, that's something I certainly would do !
As a type 2 civilization creature, some options open up
If you live outside the confines of solar systems and live in fully artificial environments, it is probably a good idea to adjust some of the features of local area life forms as a precautionary measure. Tweaking evolution in order to insure long term compatibility and avoid confrontation with highly violent species makes sense. As the top dog in the area, control of the environment belongs to you.
The same way humans will probably attempt to terraform the planet Mars in the future making the planetary environment compatible with our genetic configuration... Just common sense

Regehr told the whole LMH/Kingman crash story on his appearance on the Paracast the prior week. I remember talking with him back when he was working on the report that he gave to her and I remember telling him: "You cross her on this and that's it, YOU will become one of the enemy." She goes ballistic if anyone brings up anything that can somehow affect her "career," and cash flow...

Hiya Chris, is it really that straight forward with LMH? Is it all about the $$$?
Although I don't have much of an opinion about her, it was nice to think that she was operating from genuine belief in the stuff she supports. It might sound stupid, but I'm a little disappointed to see her as being just another mercenary in the field.
One can never be 100% certain about anyone's motivations, but that's my take on it. I mean, come on! Somebody debunks her work, but gives her a chance to gracefully retract her pronouncements and she totally ignores them and then comes back the following year and present's even more dubious claims about the same case? What's wrong with this picture? What else could the motivation be besides $$$ and a dragon-queen-sized ego, etc? I was trained to be a field investigator by Linda in early 1993, and at times (when things were really hopping) I would talk w/ her sometimes several times a week. It was only when I disagreed with her conclusions and started getting face time on TV that she started to bad mouth me to others, ridicule my work and stab me in the back, etc.

Exactly! I tend to believe that it was an entire fiction and that everything was orchestrated to do several things chief of which I think was to interfere with or interject information into the TV special LMH was working on at the time. Secondarily I think they wanted to interject those story elements into the public UFO mythology. They were also obviously gauging her reactions to the story for reasons of their own in what looks to me to be a behavioral study. If you take the giant leap and say that was all information supplied by "aliens" (whatever the hell that is) you would have to realize from a historical perspective "alien communications" are notoriously lacking in factual information. So, the chances of anything that was in that document being actual "truth" is slim and none in my humble opinion.
In fact I honestly think it was constructed by masters of the craft to obfuscate rather than communicate truth.

I think it is a projection. Extrapolating the hierarchy that exists on this planet to solar and galactic levels is what Michio Kaku did. Given that we manipulate lower order life forms to meet our needs, it is almost natural to speculate that higher life forms play around with our genetics.
Look at how we created all those docile domestic cat and dog... etc. breeds through selection. The idea was to make these wild animals more compatible/useful/less threatening to us. A higher order civilization might address its security concerns by adopting a similar program
Its would be childs play right now for a higher order civilization to muck around with our low grade defenses and shape our genetic future, however that could change as our tech gets highly sophisticated. The day we get genetically mapped at birth and any weird mutation of our genetic code can be detected, we'll finally be able to debunk this paranoid idea lol.
