I think your recollection may simply have confused Anders with someone else within the AFU and UFO-Sweden, Clas Svahn:

Yes I think he would be a fascinating guest. I'm not 100% sure he speaks English. It seems like he's put a lot of time & work into the Ghost Rocket mystery. http://www.ghostrockets.se
