This might be already posted, but I saw this article on Whitley Streibers journal today - Our world may be a giant hologram - space - 15 January 2009 - New Scientist

Yeah, I have heard this idea a lot, even from someone (dare I say it!) like Steven Greer, but hadn't seen any published scientific evidence like this until now (not that I"ve been looking for it either though, I'm not someone who reads books about physics)
A holographic universe.
That would explain a lot of crap, however, it does not explain the soul, and whether or not we truly have one.
Why would a holographic universe need organic components, or simulated organic components?
I'm pretty sure everything in this world is nothing more than a reflection of my own subconscious, and everyone is a figment of my imagination that will disappear when I pass away.
In effect, I am God, and you are all my creations. I wish you all well, and prosperity. Just don't try to get free money from the banks, even I as your God can't even do that.
All kidding aside, we can speculate about our existence all we like but it is far too complex for any human mind to comprehend.
Except for me, because I created this universe I live in.

I've definitely exerienced what could best be explained as glitches between the communication and processing functions of reality.
I can't say that I understood the article. At least the first time. I'll have to reread it several times to get my head around what is being described. But for those that haven't read it, there is a 600 meter machine that is taking measurements of ripples in space time. And that is only the beginning.
Unless you have adequate background in physics or are on very good pharmaceuticals or weed you might find brain hurting.
And BTW, this isn't some wishful Richard Hoagland talking about hyperdimensional physics, ... rather these are real physicists performing real experiments.
