Dark Matters Radio - Cause it matters in the Dark ! !

Week 28 on Dark Matters Radio began with another appearance by Mr. Louis Jarvis. We hit subjects from Apparitions of Mary to Covert Op's in Viet Nam to remote viewing and Ingo Swan. This was a fascinating 2 hour excursion into absolute weird.

Okay, here it is ... on Tuesday July 27th Mr. John Lear will appear on Dark Matters Radio. I have known John Lear since 1988 and we have always had a contentious relationship. The topics will probably range from Bob Lazar, Bill Cooper, his tenure as the Nv. MUFON director, the Moon, you name it. If I had to guess ... I would guess this is a do not miss episode.

No Way! Wow! Talk about explosive! I take it John will be calling in, you two guys aren't going to be in the same room together are you?

Sounds like a really cool episode!

OMG LOL! This ones gonna be crazy!
Grab your tinfoil hats people!

Enjoyed the show this morning Don, I know some other people don't like it that much when you stray off paranormal topics (a-la the Vietnam talk today) but I always really enjoy it as a nice step back to reality.
To be honest, I am so pessimistic about getting any real answers in the paranormal, I think I listen to it a lot for the characters and the stories, and thats why I like Fridays with Rich so much.

I know with you're amazing interviewing skills you should actually be able to get some real good accounts of what some of the characters were like back then... as i'm sure he met most of them.

oh man, can't wait for this interview. I like the picture on DM web page of John in a tin foil hat, i think he knows most people think his ideas as a little nutty. Thank Don should be a fun interview. You might want to ask Richard over so he could maybe take over if you start to blow your top :)

I'll be listening to the interview with a strong drink. He's had a big influence on what ufology is today...and not in a good way. Krill and Dulce have helped to create the paranoid fears that aliens are murdering and experimenting on humans for food and simple depravity. In recent weeks, I've been reading a lot about the 80s ufology and come across a few text-files by Don and Vicky from the old bbs. From Bennewitz to the Bob Pratt tapes and all the conspiracy in between...it's been fascinating and very dark stuff. A small group of people derailed the subject with their stories...

Not everyone believed the BS coming from Lear, Cooper, Valerian, Doty etc. Here's Don and Vicky's very early takes on it...

MJ-12 and William Cooper - UFO Evidence

Ufology seems to take a big hit on the credibility or have a large sighting event periodically...at least this is what I've been thinking of lately. There's been a rise in interest in the Krill, Dulce and Serpo hoaxes. I guess I'm wondering if it's a sign ufology is about due another campaign? How many younger UFO followers will know much about the circumstances and people behind MJ-12, Serpo, Krill and Dulce Papers? How many have any idea about Bennewitz?

On the show you did with Allan Sturm, did the conversation ever get back to sane topics? When Lear called in and started 'enlightening' the audience, I just turned it off--so I was wondering if I should go back and pick it up after Lear gets off the phone (Which hopefully he did do).

(Also, there's two Sturm mp3s on your archive page, but one of them is broken [dmr-12-m]--was also wondering if the correct file was available)
