Anyone speak chinese? This almost looks like it could be a natural phenomenon where the light is interacting and possibly ionizing some gas that is ambient and localized perhaps. Awesome vid I have more questions than answers really, this sort of reminded me of the infamous gas-station blue blob vid that was so viral last year.
