Dear Burnt State,

Welcome to The Paracast Community Forums!

We welcome you aboard, and hope that you'll have a great time here with our community as well.

i've spent a lot of time catching up on all the old episodes and now feel fairly contemporary with the show and all its shifts. i see from reading through various threads on the forum that the is community is as dynamic and turbulent as the show has been. there are some incredibly insightful and thoughtful people posting here who really know their stuff in a lot of varying disciplines. i hope that all these resources can be used to collaborate on some solutions to the various mysteries. and while hosts run the show along with associate producers, i do hope, Gene, that you take advantage of your greatest resource, your listeners to work on pursuing some of the ideas, questions and justifiable debunking that takes place here.

i stem from northern ontario, am plagued by a UFO experience i had as a young kid that has stuck with me and came to maturation in my forties. why is that the same with so many others? i've really enjoyed getting plugged into Jerome Clark, getting to reconnect with Vallee after years away, and hearing some of the truly believable, well researched and most humble of the guests on the show. i've had some great laughs going through all the old episodes and am still engaged by the show and the personalities that drive it.

i would like to see a little more skeptical doubt and edge return back to the hosts as i always found that's what i enjoy most as the best episodes are truly probing of events and ideas, or sometimes feature a free flow of conversation when you have two or three really excellent guests on the show - most of those have featured historical figures.

i'd love to see an episode that thoroughly explores the great Australian Westall 1966 event - as i don't feel that's been covered yet - please correct me if i'm wrong. i think really detailing compelling anomalous, historical events, instead of stumbling through Roswell over and over again would be entertaining - especially if you have the authorities on the subject matter, interviews with witness where possible and other primary source material to explore and really open up the event.
