Dear Fergie,

We welcome you aboard, and hope that you'll have a great time here with our community as well.

@goggs McKay. How's it going big yin? Sorry for the long reply bloody iPhone playing up,am fae airdrie originally now in coatbridge, keep up the good work your doing a grand job on the show am proud of ye lol

@grifynne. A thought this weeks show was good a thought Goggs (the big yin) put a lot of good points out there. How long have you been listening to the paracast?

I'm relatively new, I signed up for the forums in January (although I was listening for a little while before then - not nearly as long as you have been). I have gone back through some of the older episodes, but there is still a LOT of audio ground for me to cover yet. Which I think is a good thing!

I was primarily listening to C2C am years before but most of the newer shows were not as interesting to me (which was part of why I decided to venture out and look for some new options). When I do listen to C2C it's usually much older episodes.

Do you have any favorite past Paracast episodes to recommend? :)

Yes I liked the episode were dr Steven Greer (our saviour) was on it that was about 4-5 years ago now when David Biedny was presenting it with Gene it was good hearing him squirm his way out the questions if I remember correctly he started getting really cheeky towards Gene and David but I really liked the show about 3 weeks ago with Dr Roger Leir that was one of my best he came out with a lot of information. So who presents c2c?

Thanks for the info! I'll add those to my list. :D

Coast to Coast is normally hosted by George Noory. He's uh, not nearly as persistent or willing to ask hard questions as Gene and Chris. They also have John B. Wells, Ian Punnett and George Knapp. I'm neutral on Wells so far and I generally like Ian (though I haven't heard him recently) but George Knapp is a favorite of mine. I still love to listen to him when he's on, but it's not terribly often. I also seek out other interviews with him. I find the Skinwalker Ranch stuff to be very intriguing.

He was also on the Paracast this month, which made me quite happy. :D

Yes I know what it is now I listened to a couple of episodes on you tube a couple of years ago wasn't to impressed if I remember correctly he wouldn't ask any questions especially when the guest who was abducted and was telling George Noory what programmes the aliens liked on our tv's!!! Lol seriously! The guys well known I'll let you know when I remember his name. I like George Knapp I liked the show he did recently on paracast he seems a down to earth guy.

Ya that's the thing with George Noory. He doesn't seem to show any desire to dig down, even when the guest is being really off the wall. I understand that you don't want to scare everyone away because I think there are some strange stories that could very well be true, but he kinda takes it to the extreme. And there are moments when it doesn't seem like he's really listening to what the guest is saying.

I also heard a clip of a C2C show (can't remember what it was called or what episode) where a caller called out Noory for essentially lying. He was trying to do some kind of mind thing, as if he could learn things about her with only the power of his mind. He said something about her career but then she stopped him and said "I told your call screener that". And he back pedaled and basically said "No, no, well you didn't tell me!". Well that's the gist of it. I'll have to look for the actual clip.

C2C does have some good shows, and I like some of the old Art Bell shows as well. I really don't get into anything with health and medicine and the numbers lady crap. I have also grown quite tired of demon/angel stuff.

And I agree with your comment about George Knapp, he seems well grounded and genuine to me. Some of his C2C shows are absolutely riveting.

I can't knock C2C too much, though. After all that is what got me turned on to paranormal radio in the first place. Years ago my husband (who wasn't my husband at the time) used to deliver papers. It was one of those really big routes you do over night and he used to turn on C2C when it was on. I would go with him on occasion and we found it really entertaining, and sometimes it was kinda spooky since we were out really late at night into the wee hours of the morning. We used to call it "crazies" (I would always ask him "Is crazies on yet!?" lol). I think one of my first episodes had a caller who claimed to have had sex with a bunch of alien women.

FYI Ian Punnet stepped down a couple years back and if I remember correctly, Knapp does first sunday of each month or something regular like that.
When on youtube, search , 'george knapp main show only' and people have edited all the crap out leaving like an hour and a half of the 'meat' of the show.
Even Noorey has great shows when guest is good so even though I give C2C a hard time occasionally, it can still be a great show and always is when knapp is at the helm IMO.
