Firstly, I want to take the opportunity to say how much I enjoy the Paracast show. I came across it only 3 weeks ago and I'm in the process of listening through the archive from the start of the show up until now.

I really appreciate the critical thinking and healthy skepticism that run through this show, it's a rare commodity indeed. (Unlike some other shows that I won't mention here :P)

I also really like the humor thrown into the mix of serious investigation, it really makes this podcast worth listening to.

Secondly, my real name is Emily, I live in Stockholm, Sweden. I'm 24 years old, a Fine Arts student and I've been interested in UFO's and the paranormal since childhood, from a skeptic's point of view.

I've had some experiences that would fall into the category of high strangeness myself, some that also involved other people. My experiences are purely anecdotal and I don't know what do make of them, but I hope I will be able to discuss them and many other topics in the forum.
