Even after viewing the last 60 seconds or so?

I thought "kite" was a good theory, also, until the last minute.

It doesn't seem to have the aerodynamic qualities necessary to be a kite. Balloon? Still, if it's helium-filled it doesn't look like it would have the buoyancy necessary. It seems to be very stable (assuming the camera is handheld).

At this point, I'm puzzled.
 
OKay, watched it all the way through this time. It could still be a kite but more likely it's an effect of some sort. The shifting focus seems pixellated and artificial, espescially when you consider there's nothing else around it that would change the focus. Or maybe it's a UFO, whatever. Interesting but basically useless, just another sighting.

You mean like a CGI-type effect? "Inserted" into the digital movie?

I'll have to play my Ignorance Card on that possibility; I have no idea.
 
I don't know what to make of it. The object looked familiar to me (at the end), but I don't know why. I'd be interested in info. on the people who recorded it. This is one of those vids that has a strange looking object, yet it doesn't behave in any extraordinary way unfortunately. It doesn't strike me as cgi, but I could be wrong.

I bet I know why it's familiar to you...because those spokes immediately bring to mind that infernal chad drone crap!

I believe they were speaking Brazilian Portuguese so I would guess it is from there, maybe more could be found on the internet.
