I think FUFOR is dormant due to a lack of funds and interest. Earlier this year, a UFO list had a couple of posts asking for financial support. I could be wrong (memory etc), but the posts didn't receive any attention. The site hasn't been updated for years and at least one of the associates has passed on. Don Berliner and Dick Haines can be contacted via Ted Roe in these forums or through NARCAP.
 
I wonder the same thing about CUFOS. Never hear about them anymore and their website hasn't been updated in years. Are they still publishing a journal?

Yes they are still publishing it. In fact thanks for this post, you reminded me to order few last issues that I miss in my collection. I've been shortly in touch last year with Rodegheir as I was searching some information about David R. Saunders at the time. Unfortunately, Saunders died few years ago :(
