When I was in High School I did actually find multiple bails of marijuana washed up on Surf Side Beach in Texas. It was all saturated in diesel, and by my reckoning, unsmokable.
I sold that shit for 50 bucks per Ziploc gallon-bag and it was all gone in a day. It's been about 20 years now... I hope the statute of limitations has expired.
That's what the drug war does...it makes some people willing to overpay for a plant, that would otherwise occur naturally, and ingest it, even though it's saturated with brine and petrol.
