Whats going on with the paypal link?

When i look at the homepage its not where its supposed to be. Then when i hover over where it is i can see at the bottom of the browser it points to paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr, but when I click nothing happens.
Is it my PC or have you disabled it?

Works fine for me - perhaps you need to clear your cache and cookies?

Could have been a server glitch on PayPal's part. They've had several nighttime maintenance outages in recent weeks.

All our sites do is access their servers and they do the rest.
